  2. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER AND HOW IT IS PROCESSED

Compiling your Order: Once you have selected the Products you wish to order from the menu you will be given the opportunity to submit your Order by clicking or selecting the "Submit Order" button. It is important that you check your order before submitting, as once your payment has been processed your order cannot be changed.
    2. Amending or cancelling your Order: Once you have submitted your Order and your payment has been authorised, you will not be entitled to change or cancel your Order, nor will you be entitled to a refund.
    3. Payment authorisation: Where any payment you make is not authorised, your Order will not be processed or communicated to the club.
    4. Processing your Order: On receipt of your Order we will begin processing it after 4pm the day before the match you selected.
    5. Delivery of your Order: Your Order will be delivered to your seat at half-time by Donny Dog/a member of Doncaster Rovers staff.
  3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
    1. VAT: All prices include VAT.
    2. Incorrect pricing: If the correct price for an Order is higher than the price stated on the Website, you may be asked for the difference in cash at the kiosk before being handed your order.
    3. Payment methods: Payment for Orders must be made by an accepted credit or debit card through this Website.
    4. Card payments: Please note that from time to time there may be delays with the processing of card payments and transactions; this may result in payments taking up to 7 days to be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit or debit card.
